Albright A.M.: The Future of Albright Journalism?

Out of the several publications on the Albright College campus, Albright A.M. stands out as the one magazine that focuses on the arts and entertainment on the Albright campus as well Reading and other surrounding areas. In addition to spotlighting art/enterainment life at Albright and in surrounding areas, the magazine also serves as a unifier to the two and famaliarizes existing entertainment and art outlets from the two places to each other. This mission is the main objective in the latest issue which is available now. I spoke with editor-in-chief Sara Bruno about this issue of the magazine as well as her overall goals with her participation with the magazine and why she feels it is an important part of the Albright community. I also spoke with Avery Brown, a contributing writer, to get the writer's perspective on the importance of Albright A.M. on campus and his reasons for choosing to be apart of it. I also spoke with sophomores Jacara Ahmaddiya and Candice Mayo about their reactions and opinions to the magazine to see if Albright A.M. is catching on to readers on campus. Whether feedback is negative or positive, from the interviews I had with Bruno and Brown, it is clear that the Albright A.M. staff are determined to make Albright A.M. a staple not only in the world of Albright publications but in the Albright community as well.
