Voice of the Student - Technology
Why are you required to only use specific equipment and software without prior approval?
It is not just because we get to be in charge. This requirement is included because this is not a technology class and we do not have the support to trouble shoot compatibility for 13 different cameras, cell phones, and audio recorders on the fly. So, we need to plan ahead.
If you love your phone, hate to borrow library equipment, or just like to experiment, go right ahead. Just plan! Test your own equipment if you plan to use it. Go through the entire capture, edit, post process and let us know when your test post is up.
